French Patisserie

This term, we have been focusing on French patisserie classics of choux pastry and soufflés. The Choux pastry turned into the most exquisite chocolate profiteroles filled with fresh cream. The egg whites whisked into perfectly light meringue, then folded through a chocolate or lemon base for the lightest of soufflés. Every one of the students that participated rose to the challenge, just like their soufflés. C’est magnifique!
